Owlhaven buck selection criteria:
Bucks shape the future of the herd — every kid carries half his genetics, making him the most influential animal on the farm.
Our bucks are selected based on their dam's and granddams' success in the ADGA Performance Programs. They must be structurally correct (think pretty & athletic), have strong udder attachments (doesn't need a bra), and productive on the milk stand (I hate wasting time with milkers who don't produce).
For each buck, I've included a photo of his dam's udder so that you can see what this means in practice.

Castle Rock Captain Underpants
Sire: Quaking Canopy Dexter
Dam: Castle Rock Goodnight Moon FS 91 (Excellent)
COI: 4.770%
Thank you, Sarah Hawkins (Castle Rock Farm) for allowing me to give Captain this ridiculous name! Captain has proven himself to be an "udder" buck, meaning that he is consistently improving attachments and production. He's a small buck, which is another huge advantage when breeding miniature goats!
